Just finished reading the e-book on Eliminating Emotional Pain by Dorothy Cook. It is a good read for anyone who is struggling with unforgiveness, bitterness, past hurts, anxiety and anger issues. This book helps the reader to understand that forgiveness is a choice, however, not always not an easy one. By following the steps in this book the reader will gain understanding of emotional and physical pain, how unforgiveness contributes to it and how to gain freedom from the pain they are experiencing.
